Greenwood Beach Resort offers 16 rooms on Cat Island, 25 km from The Bight. The Clubhouse is 30 feet from a pink-sand beach. Guests can dine at the Ocean View Terrace or in the dining room. A freshwater pool with lounge chairs is available. Snorkeling trips and full-day excursions to Big Winding Bay are offered. The resort provides access to wall diving sites and kitesurfing. Western Air provides AM and PM flights from Nassau Domestic Airport to New Bight/Cat Island, seven days a week. MakersAir offers flights between Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and New Bight.
